Brian Milovich
Founder & Mentor
Brian Milovich is the founder of Authentic Mentor and is bringing his decades of real estate investment knowledge to those wanting to breakthrough in the industry.
Brian is a co-founder of Calvera Partners, an apartment-focused real estate company based in San Francisco. At Calvera, Brian helped lead the growth from one $600k, 7-unit apartment building to over $200 million in acquisitions and more than 1,300 apartment units in numerous states.
Brian received an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Prior to Calvera, Brian worked as a vice president for a $30 billion real estate and infrastructure asset manager. Brian is based in Minneapolis, MN.
